Throughout the course of the project our team will be onsite, when weather permits.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Customer is required to pay a deposit towards total invoice for the project before the project begins, credit card payments carry a 3.0% convenience fee, checks have no additional charge. Payments are scheduled according to your specific agreement and are listed on your proposal.
PLEASE NOTE:
DFW Pool Experts, LLC is not liable for material on customer property, gates and screen doors must remain locked to protect against theft.
Pool refill is customer responsibility, DFW Pool Experts, LLC will not be liable for any issues caused by the pool not being filled on time or causing any damage to the new finish through improper water filling. The pool must remain filling and not be turned off until it has reached half-way up the tile line. Failure to do so can result in creating a water line on the new finish.
DFW Pool Experts, LLC will not be liable for any damage caused to the pool finish when plastering by Act of God (rain, thunderstorm, hail storm, wind, hurricane).
The first 28 Days are crucial for the protection and longevity of your new surface. Chemical Balance, Brushing and Filtration are among the top 3 categories to pay close attention to. It is very important that chemicals are balanced and proper maintenance is regularly performed, please do not use the pool for the first 7 days.
Do not heat the pool for the first 30 Days.
As part of your resurfacing package DFW Pool Experts, LLC will maintain the pool for the first 5 days. To withhold warranty on your surface it is required that your pool water is tested and records are kept.
Note #1: There could be an extra cost associated with unforeseen issues once we start.
Note #2: There is no guarantee that repaired cracks are fixed permanently, or new cracks will not form after repair.
Warranty: 1-year warranty on all materials and workmanship. Pentair equipment comes with a 3-year warranty on 3 pieces or more.
*Note: When a pool is drained, hydrostatic water pressure can cause the pool to move. We will take all precautions to avoid this.
DFW Pool Experts, LLC will not be responsible in the unlikely event that your pool should move.
*UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL DRIVES, DECKING AND PADS BE WARRANTED FOR LIFTING AND CRACKING DUE TO GROUND MOVEMENT.*
Proposal Includes: All material will be as specified with the listed work performed in accordance with any drawings and specifications submitted for the work and completed in a substantial workmanlike manner for the total listed as the Grand Total on your proposal.
Acceptance of Proposal: The prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorized to complete this contract as specified. All payment will be made as outlined in the PAYMENT SCHEDULE.
